As a Piping Estimator, you will play a key role in our unique mechanical contracting, engineering, and construction projects. With your experience and expertise, you will estimate costs and develop thorough proposals, making sure everything is in line and on point.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your construction estimating prowess to provide accurate cost estimates and proposals.
• Dive deep into your knowledge of HVAC and piping systems to ensure the best solutions are presented.
• Collaborate with the team to "fill in the gaps" in bidding documents and create complete estimates.
• Manage your time effectively, working within deadlines and juggling multiple priorities.
• Showcase your technical expertise by reading construction drawings and specifications with ease.

Essential Job Functions:

• Apply your solid understanding of construction details and design, as well as relevant rules and regulations.
• Cultivate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey project requirements.
• Tap into your basic knowledge of construction accounting for accurate estimates.
• Demonstrate your ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Bring your self-motivation and excellent time management skills to the table.
• Flaunt your technical know-how in various mechanical systems and construction methods.
• Show off your proficiency in using word processors (cut & paste, templates, document creation).
• Excel in interacting with spreadsheets like Excel (input, data manipulation, basic programming).
